WE BRING THE GROOVE!
CUSTOMISED

CENTRE.
We emphasise support and observation in our classes. Through turn taking, social interaction and structured group activities we gently build physical capacity and self-esteem. Every group has different needs and we work in conjunction with staff in tailoring our interactive programs to the individuals in the group.
WHAT WE DO
Our qualified instructors travel to your Day Centre or school. We specialise in dance and yoga for a range of ability types including wheelchair-bound and assisted.
MOVETIME GROOVE
Freedom, laughter, confidence and new skills. This is our most popular class and is great for special needs, aged care or mental health based projects. Filled with fun moves, group exercises and games, and tailored to the capacities of the class. Participants get their on by learning musicality, artistic expression, new dance moves while also getting the chance to create their own and free style it.
MOVETIME BALANCE
Yoga, pilates, stretch, strengthening and core is vital for quality of life, injury recovery and prevention. As well as making the body strong, flexible and agile, this class works on the breath, incorporating mindfulness and visualisation exercises to calm down the mind and bring a peaceful state of mind to people. Just like the Movetime Groove classes, these classes are specifically designed and perfect for disability, Aged care and mental health clients.
MOVETIME SWING
Gentle dance and movement the classic way! Many of our clients are unable to leave the home to attend centres on a regular basis. So we bring all the authentic tunes and moves to them. We see amazing results in mood, mobility and confidence, and we customise activities to suit each circumstance. Designed specifically for aged care and retirement villages this class gets people moving and grooving to the tunes they know best!
